i have read this and it say download another software like Photoshop etc to get the required files for Dreamweaver but i can not do it because i have limited bandwidth. can you provide me only the files i needed?

2. Then you need to download another app above like Photoshop and copy over the needed resources into that Dreamweaver directory… So just copy the following files and folders from Adobe’s Photoshop bundle and paste them into the Dreamweaver folder:

Set-up.exe or Install.app deploy/ packages/ resources/ (if present)
