How to download previous versions of Apps

Because AME 2017 doesn't properly render a specific codec I need to do my job, I have had both AME 2015.3 and 2017 installed on my computer. Last night, 2015.3 was erroring and so I uninstalled it in hopes it was a just a glitch. Come to find out, there is absolutely no way to download previous versions of Adobe apps in that CC cloud app window. Where did that function go?

See my screenshot below.  The steps are convoluted but I assure you it's there if you dig deep enough.  NOTE: this does not work on 7- day trials.   Only paying members have access to previous versions.

Click on Apps > FIND ADDITIONAL APPS > All Apps > VIEW PREVIOUS VERSIONS.  The Install button will give you a list of available choices.

So with the help of some of these answers I was able to call Adobe and solve the issue. I work for a major network, and discovered when the other comments specified that previous versions weren't available to trial members that my account SAYS it is a trial membership even though my corporation has an Enterprise membership with Adobe. This is an issue with Adobe. After two and half hours we were able to install a workaround until the update with the fix comes out next week.

Unfortunately, this does not help. The tutorial in question shows a button that literally doesn't exist on my app. The first photo shows that "view previous versions" option. The second screenshot is from my app-and as you can see it does not exist.

if you have a trial, previous versions are not offered.
