how to install adobe extension builder 3

I have downloaded the file from  http://download.macromedia.com/pub/labs/extensionbuilder3/extensionbuilder_p3_080113.zip 

I am following the example given in this link

But I am getting the following error when I am trying to create a new Adobe Extension Project.

An error has occurred. See error log for more details.
org/eclipse/core/databinding/beans/BeanProperties

I want to create a HTLM5 extension project for Photoshop. Do you have any tutorial for setting the environment in eclipse?
