Question

How to install CS4 standard with Windows 10 family ?

I've downloaded the web version and I got error message with the installation then there is the window where I'm supposed to provide my serial number but it appears to be invalid.

Instead, on my previous laptop when I reactivate the software, my serial number works.

I was chatting with the Customer care service and they can't help....

Did you download the installer that matches what you bought?

For example... a Master Collection serial number will not work with any other suite

Also, CS4 is REALLY OLD and Win10 is new

Two ideas that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10

-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window

-or Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL Windows permissions may help... this says Encore, but is sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account) so follow the instructions, substituting the name and location of your specific program for Encore
