How to install older versions of Illustrator? Are they free?

Hi

I had installed Adobe illustrator before but my computer's rams wasn't enough, Is old versions suitable for my computer (I have 4 GB Ram)

and another one

Are old versions free? Because I can't find old versions on the website, new versions only.

Old versions are not free.  You can still get free trials of them, but you cannot purchase them thru Adobe.

Adobe has not supplied CS6 (or earlier) to vendors for 4+ years... so be WARNED that anything you find online today may be a pirated and hacked version that will infect your computer

But my laptop can't stand Adobe's 2017 products due to lower rams

So where I could find old versions and without infecting my laptop ?

Creative Suite is no longer available for purchase.  Adobe stopped selling it.  You cannot legally purchase from ANY outlet, nor ANY reseller in ANY country.  

As a paying Creative Cloud member, you have access to older product versions going all the way back to CS6 (2012).  If your laptop can't handle the newest versions, maybe it can handle CS6.   NOTE:  older versions are not available on 7-day trials.  You must be a paying member.    See screenshot.
