Hello, on this following link it states that I can phone or chat on most of the options, but I don't see how I can phone or chat. Anyone can help me? https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html
For chat follow the instruction given below.
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser
Yes, looking at the cookies was the first thing I did and that seemed to be the problem. Besides resetting the cookies I also disabled my cookie blocking extension which probably also was preventing the chat to show up.

for chat you need to use a compliant browser (that accepts cookies and allows popups). mobile browsers work the most often.

Thanks guys, I'm used to denying cookies on every website, which was the reason the chat button didn't show up. I cleared the cookies settings on the website (by clicking on the lock icon left to the url -> 'Clear cookies and site data' on Firefox) and then allowing the cookies, which made it to work.

Oh wait, reading your comment again you probably meant the chat support, but yeah they were very helpful aswell. I had an account question which I wanted to ask directly to the staff
