I bought another Adobe Photoshop program by mistake. Can't I get a refund? The Korean customer center didn't answer the chat for 35 minutes. Angry, I logged on to the foreign site of our headquarters. The inquiry itself has disappeared.
Is there any way we can fix the refund?
For the record, I'm a South Korean.

If you can't cancel your order directly and get a refund, your only option is to contact customer care.
