How to refund on my Creative Cloud

Hello,I would like a refund on my Creative Cloud membership.I used it for less then a week and have canceled it.This follows the official guidelines and it says to contact adobe and I can do this through the forum.on your suggestion in website or F&Qis " Confusing and tricky "Please let the staff contact me.Thank.Pornwipa[Moved from Comments forum to Cloud forum...
