In my CC dashboard, it shows Adobe Muse as installed, but there is no application on my machine and it does not launch.

How can I reinstall it?

I have the exact same problem. My new iMac's hard drive went bad and Apple kept that machine to study in their labs - and then gave me a brand new 27" iMac replacement. Great customer service, BUT my Time Machine backup apparently did not back up certain apps. Among those missing apps were all of the Creative Cloud apps. I've reinstalled the Creative Cloud manager software, but it thinks that I've still got Photoshop, Illustrator and others installed. There doesn't appear to be any way to reinstall the CC apps if the CC controller thinks you already installed them. Anyone?

OK, I found the Adobe CC cleanup tool: Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6. When you do open the tool and select something to be cleaned, it gives you a last minute option to try uninstall. Do that first, because it cleans up all of the little links and remnants on your system. If that doesn't work, the full clean option will work. My problem is that the CC manager still thinks I've installed the apps, even after uninstall. Somehow, it's not getting the newsletter that those apps have been uninstalled. I'll try restarting my computer to see if that works.
