Hi Sheena,
this refer not describe my problem.
I have one lan and my default gateway not is a proxy, i have one proxy and my default gateway is a firewall.
My firewall not translate names, its a problem for this list post, and all connections don't go to the proxy.
The Creative Cloud not has a config native for configure the proxy.
I don't understand this.

Athosg33699523 the Creative Cloud Desktop application utilize the network settings for your operating system. Which specific operating system are you using? If you are using a Windows based operating system then you will want to configure the proxy settings in the Internet Settings Control Panel.
