I want to stop the electronic payment system because I don't use programs anymore.

But If I try to cancel the plan, they said I need to pay the cancellation charge of the plan.

How can I do?

As you have bought the one year subscription for an Adobe product, you need, when you cancel, paying half of the remaining subscription fee as a cancellation fee. Your other option would have been buying a per month subscription. That is more expensive on a per month basis, but can be cancelled for the end of each month.
