I am trying to download Lightroom_6_LS11.

I am trying to convert back to Lightroom_6_LS11 as version 6.2 wouldn't respond.  I have downloaded this version and when I click on open I was hoping for the option to open in CC but that option is not there.  What other program would I use or how do I open it or when I download should I choose the option Run instead of Save.
