I can not install creative cloud.

i ve tried to install photoshop app but i can t, every time when i start the creative cloud launcher,i m waiting for 30sec and then throws me on my adobe id page. it said that i m conected and then do nothing, just repeat this action every time, opening the same page everytime...it doesn t advance for instalation. What can i do? on my old devices it works, now i have a new laptop but i can t install anything from adobe...

make sure your computer meets specs for the cc app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

if it does, download from here, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

make sure you check the page bottom alternative links if you have difficulty.
