Hi Hyejij91180410,

Kindly update the thread and confirm if you were able to resolve the issue with the help of Adobe Chat or Phone support team?

Also, did you try the workaround given in the following help document to install the Photoshop CS6 on your Mac machine: Installing Creative Suite on macOS 10.12 (Sierra)?

Awaiting your response.

Hi,

Check from below link that whether you download the correct suite or not.

Adobe software and other downloads

If everything is correct and still showing the issue then try with this trouble shooting steps :

Step 1.) Open Activity monitor and force quit all the process related Adobe like: Creative Cloud, CoreSync, AAMupdater notifier, Adobe Crash demon, PDAPP, install, etc.

Step 2.) Use Go to folder option ( You can get this option by using shortcut key "cmd+shift+g") . You will get a text box type: /library/application support/adobe

Step 3.) Inside Adobe folder look for folder name OOBE. Either delete it or rename it as OOBE.old

Step 4.) Go through same link : Adobe software and other downloads  and download the Adobe Application manager

Then try to install the software again. Installing Creative Suite on macOS 10.12 (Sierra)

If its still not work then contact Adobe support for this : Contact Customer Care

As they still continue with Install support of Adobe CS6 Adobe Support Policies: Supported Product Versions
