I can't activate redeem code for Adobe Creative Cloud Photographer Plan gift

Dear Adobe Creative Cloud Team

On 17 of Aug, 2018 I received a redeem code for free 12-month Adobe Vreative Cloud Photographer Plan. I received it as Adobe stock contributor within a promotional giveaway. This code is awarded to contributors who have uploaded at least 300 accepted assets or earned $500 in 2018.

Today I tried to use this code at https://creative.adobe.com/redeem but I get a message that the code has expired. In a giveaway FAQ on this page Creative Cloud Giveaway FAQ for Adobe Stock Contributors  it says that code can be used until July 31, 2021. I was chating with Help Center but they can't help me and suggested to write my problem here.

Can you please help me with this issue?

They says that Adobe team from this forum can help me. This is what exactly was written:

"In this case I would suggest you to contact our team at forums as they are the team who can help you with this information.

Please visit the below mentioned link and post your concern over there and our team will revert you back with the resolution.

They also said that the period for a code activation ended on Saturday 16 Feb 2019. But I can't understand how is it possible, because the rules set up by Adobe company says that the code can be activated until July 31, 2021. They also suggested to contact the place from where I received this code. And I asked who can I contact as I received this code as a gift by e-mail sent from this adress - CompEXT@adobe.com. Finaly they directed me on this forum.

It was wrong of the chat agent to send you here.

  1. We don't work for Adobe. 
  2. This Creative Cloud forum has nothing to do with  Adobe Stock or Adobe Stock Contributors
  3. We are  product users just like yourself.
  4. We cannot help you with an expired redemption code.
