I can't activate to use redeem code for Adobe Creative Cloud Gift

Dear Adobe Creative Cloud Team

   As I received gift for using Adobe creative cloud free 12-month membership, I get redeem code by E-mail and I try to use redeem code at www.creativecloud.com/redeem

But I can't get into this web, Please help me. My account name REMOVED Thank you in advanced.

I checked the screenshots you shared with support. I would recommend to use another computer to redeem the code.

Are you connected to internet with VPN/Proxy server?

As I ask to help from adobe team before, I have get helping from one support to cancel old account for switch to use new account, My old account has been cancel already and now I would like to redeem new code but I can not get into web Brower https://creative.adobe.com/redeem, It re-load all time , Please help me to solve this problem, Thank you

My account member don't have problem, But I can't use redeem code because I can't get into web https://creative.adobe.com/redeem  to use code, Web is re-load all time.
