I’ve used Adobe photography prepaid pack that include PS, LR, LR CC and others. i tried many times as per your instruction in account information and manage plan and etc, nothing appear. It just stated “automatically renew subscription” which now I want to cancel it!! the customer service chat or troubleshooting doesn’t help at all, can Adobe do something about this?

nop, its useless!! In the end just gave me the same old way and I’ve been repetitiously doing over and over again.. so whatever the customer support link that you have doesnt work and it’s not helping.. thanks!

Hi, ive stated twice that the customer support link that you guys suggested is not working for me, it’ll just lead me to account sign in, product & plan, cancel plan (my page doesn’t have cancel button). And with the standard suggestion Adobe provide can’t solve my problem as it keeps telling me to do the same thing without “cancel plan or subscription”.. I subscribed on 6th June 2017 but I noticed I was charged on 1st June 2018, which I’ve been so anxiously trying to cancel before Adobe charge me.. can Adobe Customer Support do anything besides giving me the link that I’ve tried countless time??
