Hi,

i can't activate my product by using the creative cloud. I am using my company notebook. I am afroid that there could be some network issue.

When i try to connect to the following link https://lm.licenses.adobe.com/gdf/status.jsp i found the following error:

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

this is by using chrome, but it is the same thing with ie.

I have tried all the suggestions on Creative Cloud applications ask for serial number but no way.

Thx for the suggestions how to go ahead

Andrea

i am actually connected to my home network.

I have open the port 80 and 443 on the firewall of my router but the activation is still not working.

There is no firewall installed in the notebook,.....

are you using the cc desktop app, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial and seeing that error when using it?

or are you using a browser when seeing that error?  (in which case, use a different browser).

and make sure there's not a hosts file entry for adobe, Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later, Acrobat DC

Thx for the fast reply.

tomorrow i'll ask to the It if it is possible to activate the port as described in your link. Honestly i am little disappointed about this method to license the software, because most probabily my IT can refuse to enable the ports.

I have only this pc from the office.

if it's a notebook and you're allowed to carry it off-premises, you can use your home or starbucks or anyone else's network.
