I can't download Maya Live link plugin in Adobe Exange

Hi,

I'm trying to download Maya Live Link Plugin in Adobe Exchange. I'm logged in, but when I try to donwnload the plugin, nothing happens.

In another account, where this plugin was downloaded a few months ago, shows the text 'aquired', but it is not able to install it, and it shows the message:

'the file cannot be downloaded, try again later'

Any idea of what is happening?

Hi,

yes, I'm using that link.

The Adobe desktop App is installed in my computer. I've installed Adobe app in June/ 2020, so I suppose is compatible.
