I can't download Photoshop Elements 10 to my Ipad2.

I clicked on Akamai and 2 files appeared.  When I click on them I get a message saying safari can't download.  Ditto for alternative download.  Can anyone advise.

The software that you are trying to download is for the desktop. As of today, there is no app available for the ipad. However, an app for Photoshop Elements on the desktop is available on the Mac store (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/adobe-photoshop-elements-10/id465291110?mt=12).
