I can't download premiere pro

I've been trying to download premiere pro but it just won't let me, it looks like I meet the requirements for premiere pro but it says "Doesn't work with this device", even though I have a really good pc. It also says I need a system upgrade even though i have checked and downloaded every possible update for windows 11,  please help.

Thank you so much man, I was using opera GX and thats why it probably wasnt working. When i tried installing it on bing it finally worked!
