I can't find my serial number there. I have no registered products, but it's not true. I was registered Adobe CS6 Web Design Premium about two years ago.

If you are not able to locate your purchase under the Adobe ID( email address ) you have used on forums, then there could be a possibility, that you may have registered it under a different Adobe ID.

Please trying signing in with a different Adobe ID( email address ) and check.
