Good evening. I have a problem with Adobe XD. A few days ago I tried to update it, but failed. I then tried to reinstall it hoping to solve the problem. During the process it gets to 45% and disconnects from the Creative cloud. and shows me error code 505. I went here https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#errorC505 and did all the steps, but it didn't solve the problem.
I also saw some posts that have been made about the same problem, maybe I will find a solution but I could not solve the problem.
I have enabled the secondary connection.
I have Windows 10 Pro 20H2
I would appreciate your help, thanks in advance.

Please ensure your computer/device meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.

Error 505 indicates that the installer does not have proper permissions to complete the installation process. If you have already implemented the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html then try creating a new computer user account.
If you're on Windows 10 (1803 or higher), can you connect install apps from the Microsoft Store? I ask because Adobe XD uses the Universal Windows Platform to complete its installation process. Maybe your UWP installations are being blocked by a Firewall or Anti-Virus program.

Good morning.Thank you very much for the prompt response.
My computer meets the system requirements to run Creative Cloud.I created a new user but I get an error in Creative Cloud.
I am using several programs from Microsoft Store and they work normally without any problem.
I also disabled the computer's firewall. But with no effect again the same error appears in XD,while all my other programs I have installed work normally

Motionstudio, did you try creating a new local Administrator account as suggested by Nancy? What error message do you receive while installing under the new account?
For information on how to create a new local administrator account on Windows 10, see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account-in-windows-....

Thanks, Motionstudio. I reviewed your account, and it seems like you are also encountering problems while trying to establish a chat session with our support team.
If you personally manage the network the computer is accessing, then see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html for steps you can take to allow the computer to reach our servers.
