I can't install creative cloud on macOS Big Sur

Does your computer user profile have administrative permission to install software?  If not, create a new computer user profile that does.  Or if this computer is owned by your work/school, please contact your IT dept for assistance.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
