I can't install InDesign CS6 on my computer.

I get an error message when I try to install InDesign CS6 on my Windows 7 Pro (64-bit) computer.

The error summary says: ERROR: DW 013: Unable to get root from inChildPath

    Was able to install InDesign CS6 after formatting hard disk and reinstalling Windows 7.
