I need advice on how to log out of an Adobe product on other computers that I no longer have access to. What happened is that I reinstalled my laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 11, and it seems I should have logged out of the Adobe product on Windows 10 first. Now I can’t install the Adobe key on Windows 11 because it says I need to log out from another device first. But I don’t have access to that device. Could you advise me on what to do? Thanks.

what product?  if perpetually licensed, you need to old computer (which you don't have), or maybe check the account used to purchase or register, https://account.adobe.com

If it is an Adobe app that uses a serial number, the only way to deactivate it is to open the app on the computer with the same hardware and operating system on which it was installed.

You can't deactivate a serial number app from your Adobe account.
