I can't open any CC apps on my mac.

I can't open any apps Photoshop, Illus, Ind, Ae..

I deleted all the apps and CC desktop app and used Adobe Cleaner tool..

Reinstall all but still can't open..

    I can create a new file on Photoshop but not open existing psd files..
