I can't purchase an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription

I've been using a student subscription for the past few months but recently I missed one payment and my plan expired.

I contacted support and they told me that I had to place a new order. So I tried to place the new order and when I type all my credit card info and hit "Confirm", the page just keeps loading forever. I have tried at least 15 times and it just won't work. I've tried on different browsers, I've deleted the cookies, I've tried using different cards from different banks and NOTHING works. Customer support can't help, they just apologize for the inconvenience but I NEED the programs IMMEDIATELY because my work depends on that, and I just don't know what to do. It shouldn't be this hard to try to but a product. Please someone help me with this

Hi angieg62244135,

Very sorry you ran into trouble here and that purchasing wasn't working on your Adobe ID. If there's anything we can do, please reach out at support@typekit.com.

This is a user-to-user forum so we can't make anything work, only give suggestions although you've tried most things, already.

My question would be why can't Customer Support help, and what do they suggest is wrong?  Is there a temporary outage with their ordering and fulfillment system and you can just try again later, or is it something on your side and you have to change things, there, or is there some obvious detail that you're not telling us like you're overseas and the country of your AdobeID doesn't match the country you're ordering from?

My one suggestion would be to try ordering from a computer that is using a different internet provider so maybe try a coffee shop or friend's house or dorm, whichever is different than you've tried, already.

It could also be some sort of internet security software that's intervening and messing with the information so turning off the internet security module or software might help.

I wouldn‘t use a coffe shop to enter credit card data for security reasons.
