I can't quit or uninstall CC. I need to to do in order to resolve another problem. My apps don't show in the apps panel. So i try to execute the steps explained here http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html, but I can't even quit CC.

Please close the following processes using Task Manager (win)/ Activity Monitor (mac) and proceed with the steps mentioned on Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't open or shows a spinning progress wheel ​

I am having a similar problem help with this would be appreciated as adobe products are needed in my schools degree program.
