I can't redeem Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan through Seagate

Hello! Recently, I have bought an External HD Seagate Backup Plus 1TB. It has an offer to redeem 2-month Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan. Therefore, I followed every step to register with Seagate and it didn't show anything... I'm not sure if it's a problem to report to Adobe but I've also reported to Seagate and so I'm waiting for your answers. Thank you.
