I can't uninstall After Effects

Please help. I was trying to uninstall AE because I got error 16, but Creative Cloud wouldn't launch. I also couldn't uninstall from the Control Panel. After that, I decided to manually delete the AE folder and Re-Install CC. Now, CC is telling me I still have to uninstall AE and whenever I click "Uninstall", it fails. I am running a Windows 10 PC and haven't been able to find help anywhere.

Correct answer Govardhan.V

Try running Adobe Cleaner tool once :

http://download.macromedia.com/SupportTools/Cleaner/win/AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe

Configuration Error 16 occurs normally due to folder permissions issue for Adobe folder under C:>Program Files(x86) >Common Files.

We will deal with it later , first we will remove remnants left and perform clean installation.

Let us know if you face any issues while uninstalling again.
