I cancelled my free trial and am still being charged!

I originally had used another card to use as “payment” to get the photoshop trial since I had no money in my own account. I had used the trial version and then manually cancelled before my trial time was up. I thought everything had gone through, afterwards I then bought photoshop with my own card. But the other card is still being charged, even after I cancelled the trial. It’s been charged twice already, yet there is no billing history of it on my Adobe account! Please help!

Trial versions are free.   No credit card is required.  The Trial ends autmatically after 7 days.

It sounds  to me as if you purchased 2 Photography Plans.   You will need to contact Adobe Care by Live Chat to get this sorted.

This is absurb when you didn;t use the application and then they go on charging for the first month when it was cancelled before the trial period end and then another charge. Tremendous charges.  Absolutely absurd!

I canceled my account before the free trial ended. I unsubscribed as well. I'm still being charged and I tried to cancel again today and it stated I will be charged 99$

@Arkeya26497690dh8n, gather the documents that verify you cancelled in a timely manner and use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
