    Do not worry about marking your thread a question. Please let us know what OS you are running, what browser, where you are trying to download the patch, and what error messages you received?

    Hi Michael. I have the same problem for download Elements703_Patch.zip. My OS is Windows 10 home edition>. I used ie11 and chrome but no one can find it. The mwsage I get is:

    Not Found
    The requested URL /pub/adobe/premiereel/win/7.x/Elements703_Patch.zip was not found on this server.
