Help! I used to have a macbook pro and I had adobe on it, so when I went to make an account to download adobe muse I already had one. I now have a chromebook that I got a month and a half ago. When I click on the adobe muse free trial it has me send an email to myself that I am suppose to open on my desktop, when I try to open it it just takes me right back to sending myself the same email. I tried a number of other things to do the download and it is not working. Is this because I already had an adobe account in the past? If so I am not sure how to access it on my new chromebook acer. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
Hi Mariah,
Sorry to say, Adobe CC apps like Muse, Photoshop, etc. are supported only on Windows and Mac OS X. You can't run these apps on a Chromebook.
As far as I know, Chromebooks only run Chrome web apps.
