I have tried downloading Creative Cloud, however half way through an error pops up saying, "Failed to install, error (1)".
I have followed the steps provided on Adobe's website, however nothing has changed.
Solution 1: was to uninstall the creative cloud desktop, however i could not do this because I am yet to install it.
Solution 2: run the Adobe Cleaner tool, which i did successfully.
Solution 3: reinstall at the administrator. Which I am, and again the same error popped up.
Can someone please help!!!
