I cant uninstall photohop??

Hi there, I have now been trying to uninstall my adobe photoshop for around 2 weeks now and nothing has worked, when I try to uninstall the product, it just brings up the sign in for the creative cloud and says error I then have tried to one by one delete the correct adobe files and it says this-the action cant be completed because a file is open in another programme when I have nothing else open.. help. !

which version of Photoshop are you using? and are you uninstalling PS using the button from the Creative Cloud panel?

if you're trying to uninstall ps cs6, use the control (if you have windows), otherwise just delete.  then use the cleaner, http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
