Let me explain the error. I didn't log in even though I entered my ID and password correctly. I reset my password five times. I typed it all right five times. But all five times there was an error. I signed in to cancel the payment for the Photoshop trial, but there was this error. It's not my fault. I think the cancellation fee should be refunded to be fair. Under these circumstances, you can refund the fee, right?
