I am trying to download after effects through my creative cloud. At first it did not even start. I tried cancelling it. Now it is stuck at cancelling. What I actually want is to download the After Effects app. Please help.

Please try closing the Creative Cloud app through Task manager or Activity monitor and then relaunch it and start the download:
