I got an email saying my account was canceled because I had asked for them to cancel it, and I haven't! Adobe customer service said "it was an error". What the hell is going on at Adobe?

Would be nice if Adobe gave us answers as to why this kinda crap is happening. COmpany is at full "We don't care about you" level right now.
