I download master collection cs6 to my laptop pc and it automatiolly saved it to 7-zip fill and it say it cant run in there ... unerstanable to im moving it to my downloads now ... is that what i should be doing ??

You need to unpack the 7z file. You forgot to download the second part that contains the extractor app, but you can also use standard tools like WinZip.
