I have been trying to install it for a month now. I had paid for the software, so I don't see why it is so hard to install.
Can I get a new code or something? I would really like to use it.
and will I also need a serial number as well at the redemption code?
not necessary , redemption code is to retrieve purchased serial number.
Once you contact Adobe Support , they will help you retrieve serial number . They will register serial number under your Adobe account . So that it will be safe under your account.
If you need any assistance regarding installation , let us know .
But for serial number related issue, you need to check with Adobe Support alone.
