I cannot get Photoshop Elements11 to load on my new computer. I get a message that the program was registered to another computer. This is technically correct, but the computer it was on lost the hard drive and I cannot retrieve any programs or files that were on it. I want to install the program on the new computer, but the program won't let me and sent me to this site.

Hello,
I think it's registered under ardineb68720348. The redemption code was (REMOVED BY MODERATOR). I had it installed at Staples on Euclid Ave, Bay City, MI. when I bought the machine (a Lenovo). I have a basic Adobe Id of (REMOVED BY MODERATOR) pass word (REMOVED BY MODERATOR).
Thank you.
Ardine
