I have a problem of installating adobe cc ,please help !

When i click setup in the file  " build "  in "Adobe_CC_Master"

it shows  "installation failed. please refer PDApp.log for more information.click here for help"

Please HELP, I am using Windows 7.

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

i install it from my school website,

i dont have the creative cloud desktop app

and i check the pdapp.log it shows

"The return code from the Adobe Installer Process is (34)."

by the way, i tried the following method Getting fatal Exit Code 34 when installing an app

it almost work..  i saw some products on the desktop, but later a sudden they disappear and back to the same result


then you're missing the 'apps' tab which is the one used to install cc programs and trials.
