I have an error code 49 when trying to install

Im trying to download the latest trial version of after effects cc and keep being told ther is an error (49) can anyone help

Please refer to the instructions in the following the links:

If you still have the same issue,

MAC :

• Right click on Finder icon and  select "Go-To" Folder option.
• You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.( " Do not miss ~ symbol " )

~/library ( It will open User Library folder. )

• Then navigate to LOGS> Adobe Download > DLM.LOG - open this file and scroll to bottom of the page look for a http;swupdl link in it browse to that link and it should directly download the patch file for you to update.

WINDOW :

• Go to: RUN > type %temp% > Adobe Download > DLM.LOG - open this file and scroll to bottom of the page look for a http;swupdl link in it browse to that link and it should directly download the patch file for you to update.
