I have purchsed the creative suite aroun 3 years ago, and now want to move the whole collection to an external SSD, is it possible?

Is so, how can I do it?

When I tried to login to my adobe account, I cannot find any record of my purchase

Do you have any proof of purchase?

it is the Master Collection Cs6 and I have the serial number with me

All you need is the download link and your serial number.

It is not possible to "move" and installed product from one location to another (at least not on Windows).

1. uninstall the product from the old location
2. download the installer
3. install the product on the new location (if the installer lets you choose)
4. activate it with your serial number
