I did everything from every post I have found. https://community.adobe.com/t5/get-started/adobe-keeps-asking-me-to-sign-in/m-p/9944202#M414367 this one has NOT fixed my problem.

None of them have, none of this started until I installed CC, even my adobe premiere elements 13 and photoshop elements 13 never kept asking me to sign in AND provide my key like this now its doing it every single time I start them up!

At the time of this writing I went back and am going to every adobe folder and setting every adobe anything to have full permissions as well as adding an Everyone group and Ill write if that fixed it but im not giving my hopes up id still like more things to try. I am currently in a trial that I just started for adobe premiere pro CC and this is NOT a good way to start especially when they are asking ludicrus prices for something that should be no more than 50$ total let alone 22$ a month.

Windows 10 pro 64 bit

Also, the adobe cloud page under "Your Work" always says I need to sign in, it never syncs no matter how many times i uninstall CC even using the installer and EVEN restarting the credential manager.

giving every adobe folder an everyone group and giving every possible user or group all permissions "seems" to have fixed the issue if anyone is wondering.

nevermind, opening up a software signed out CC immediately, something is definately iffy with the software. I get they want a lot of DRM but it shouldnt be impacting legit customers or would be customers, I want HDR but im not sure if its worth this frustration.
