I Have the System Requirements yet It will not give me the option to Download!

I have all the system requirements neccesary to download Premiere and Photoshop, yet it will not even give me the option, trying to say I need to "update" my system! That is nonesense I just upgraded my computer beyond such requirements recently! Why do they not even give the option to download? It should be on me to find out if the programs will run or not with my computer, not up to adobe to try to tell me otherwise! Could someone please get in contact with the support and tell them to allow me access to download the programs I bought? My email with Adobe is REMOVED FOR YOUR PROTECTION

I urge you to NEVER include your personal information (email address, full name, job) in your post(s) as this is a public accessible user-to-user forum. Additionally, while Adobe Staff do may be present here from time to time, you will likely get faster help via Customer Care in the meantime.

 

Have you tried downloading the 'Creative Cloud desktop app' and see if you can install the apps through it instead?

 

Maybe it's just the web version that can't detect your system properly (for whatever reason). If possible, let us know your device specs - just in case.

Thank you Maurice, unforunately I have gone through the Customer Care menu and I could not find my anwser, for which i why I posted this; I am basically just asking if Adobe has a direct email I can message them through - Thank you nevertheless!

No, Adobe do not have a direct email. You can contact them by phone or chat. But BEWARE - scammers pretending to be Adobe will very probably contact you now. If you reply to them your problems could get much worse.

 

Please tell us EXACTLY what system you are running, not just that it's updated.

Hello, I had this exact same issue where i had far beyond the required system specs but got the error saying couldnt install until i upgraded. I was using the Opera GX browser when trying to install at first. When i swapped to edge to install, creative cloud installed just fine and the programs installed through creative cloud. Hope this helps.

yes, for others, opera gx doesn't work well with adobe's servers.
