Question

I just bought lightroom 5 from the adobe website, and installated on my MAC OS 10.10.2 yosemite and doesn't open the application. Any help? My credit card has been already charged...

Hi,

I have just bought Lightroom 5 from the adobe website for my Mac os running yosemite 10.10.2. After the installation process I launched The application LR but doesn't open. It appears a message telling that there is no compatibility

any advice? thanks

try installing lr 5.7.1:

Here is the message that appears after I try to launch LR on my Mac Book pro

Sorry is in Italian, basically it says that I need to verify that ADOBE LR 5 works with this version of OS X (10.10.3), and that I need to be sure that LR 5.7.1 and Os X are updated (and they are updated)
