I just purchased adobe premiere elements 13 and it won't allow me to download the program onto my computer every time i press the download link it brings me to a page with the text "413 Header Length too Large"

Try deleting your cache and cookies , you may also try downloading using a different browser

Download location : Download Premiere Elements products | 13, 12, 11, 10
