I keep getting Activation Limit Reached becase of "Unknown Windows Device"

When I start a CC app I keep getting Activation Limit Reached, even though I'm only using it on two devices. When I go Manage My Plan > Activated Devices there are 3 devices - My desktop and my laptop plus one other device: "Unknown Windows Device"

 

So whenever I deactivate it after a time it comes back again, and my apps get activation limit reached. this is extremely annoying. What's going on and how do I stop it?

Dv8kiwi, I am sorry but only our support team is able to assist with activation issues. The general public, which is responding on this discussion board, has no way to manage the activations for you.
